When Samsung opened its flagship experience space, Samsung 837, in New York's Meatpacking District, they asked BMD to help define what "experience" could mean in this new environment.
The team worked to create an overall narrative based on customization and personalization. We designed interactive digital tables and content that allow customers to personalize their app portfolios on their own mobile devices. We also created content and animations for the three-story digital screen that plays 24/7.
The response to Samsung 837 has been overwhelmingly positive, receiving an average of 4.3 stars on Google. It dares to redefine the role of a brand's retail environment, presenting more as an event space that drives new forms of significant engagement with it's current and potential users.
