Dundee Realty Corporation, a leading Canadian real estate management, development, and investment company, approached BMD to help rebrand Dundee Realty along with several nationwide sub-brands under Dream Unlimited Corp.
This large-scale project required some high-level thinking and an in-depth exploration of strategies that would help clarify Dream’s complex company structure, with a comprehensive visual identity system.
After intensive research and a series of workshops, BMD developed a clarified brand architecture and a refreshed visual identity for Dream, based upon their mission to build better communities.
In addition, BMD designed a new website, produced a launch video, and created various other brand assets including a new stationery system and environmental design for the Dream offices.
To ensure a successful execution, BMD developed a Creative Review process, which would serve as a protocol and framework to help the team provide creative counsel to Dream’s multiple nationwide departments. BMD also designed a custom brand portal and digital asset management software to help facilitate the Creative Review process and serve as a platform to share marketing assets and brand tools internally.
