Known for game-changing innovation across the brandscape, Redscout did the unthinkable. They asked another design agency to critique and reposition it.

Soon we accepted a newfangled paradox: our newest client was overly familiar with our research and workshop tools. We needed to invent unfamiliar and surprising approaches for all of us to uncover a unique strategic expression.

During the four-month engagement, Redscout underwent seismic shifts in leadership and direction while still producing remarkable creative work for leading companies. Our collaboration’s cumulative effect was to catalyze and capture all this change.

A cross-stitch of seemingly contradictory brand insights encapsulated the energy of a clear proposition: “Talent for Growth.”

To delineate this ownable position, BMD helped Redscout create expandable identity, communication, interface, content and launch vehicles.

Together, we re-discovered what we always counsel: growth is the product of core talents multiplied by creative relationships.
