Bisha Hotel & Residences

With an upcoming residential and hotel project launch, Bisha approached BMD to refresh a 7-year old brand in order to speak to a broader audience of urban sophisticates interested in culture, art, cuisine, and elevated experiences. While the original brand was inspired heavily by its founder Charles Khabouth and his influence on the Toronto entertainment scene, it now needed to speak to a wider global audience.

Extensive research and interviews were conducted with the core team to understand the new target audience. A refreshed visual language was developed that included a word mark, type and composition system, as well as a graphic language of textures and colours that reflect the highly tactile and sensual nature of a Bisha experience. The approach unapologetically meshes contemporary culture with the timeless sensibility of high-quality hospitality.

The new Bisha brand holds a restrained luxurious confidence with a youthful creative twist that allows an expanded range of applications across all communications touch points.
