BMD Announces New Senior Hires and Expanded Leadership Team

Following the firm's recent growth and expansion, international multidisciplinary design firm Bruce Mau Design, Inc. (BMD) announces an expanded team to support its current initiatives. This extended senior team, consisting of new hires and of existing staff, will be taking on new, augmented roles to help lead a growing number of projects and activities across the world and in new business sectors.

Joining the firm are Jean-Francois Goyette as Director of Communications and Marketing and Diana Kelly as Account Director. The current roles of Tom Keogh, Diane Mahony, and Miles Diggins have been augmented to help continue driving BMD's expansion.

Tom Keogh - Managing Director
Tom Keogh now shifts to lead client relationships and global business development initiatives, with a particular focus on the UK and Europe. He has been at BMD since 2004 and up until recently was the Senior Director for Brands and Environments. He has worked with clients such as The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, New World Development Company, University of Pennsylvania, Hollwich Kushner Architects, General Electric, and Unilever.

Diane Mahony - Managing Director
In her new role, Diane Mahony will oversee client services across the firm and increase her focus on new business development. Diane joined BMD in 2008 and has held many of the studio’s operational, administrative, and HR responsibilities while simultaneously leading branding initiatives with clients including Comcast, Quiksilver, Herman Miller, MTV Networks, and Sonos.

Jean-Francois Goyette - Director of Communications and Marketing
Jean-Francois Goyette will lead global efforts in promoting and positioning the firm in all areas of media and public relations, as well as collaborating on new business strategies and initiatives. He joins BMD from OMA in Hong Kong where he was Public Relations Manager for the Asia-Pacific region and was previously an editor at Phaidon Press in London.

Diana Kelly - Account Director for Environments
Diana Kelly, working in collaboration with Creative Director Manuel Gonzalez, will oversee a wide range design projects, building lasting and collaborative relationships with clients and championing new business development for her team. She brings over a decade of working experience from top tier agencies such as Leo Burnett, BBDO, Cossette and Dentsu.

Miles Diggins - Business Development Director
Miles Diggins is now responsible for identifying and building strategic business growth for the BMD Los Angeles office, working closely with the senior leadership of BMD and client organizations to drive creative growth. He joined the BMD Toronto office in 2012 where he was previously Project Manager and then Director of Brands and Communications.
