Paddy Harrington
  • Paddy Harrington is Executive Creative Director at Bruce Mau Design, Inc. Since joining BMD in 2003, Paddy has led some of the firm’s most high profile and complex projects. These include a new brand identity system for Unilever, the experience design for the New York Jets and Giants New Meadowlands Stadium, a global sustainability platform for Coca-Cola, a sustainable urban mobility program and vision for Mecca, Saudi Arabia, and a vision and exhibition design for King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (KACARE) in Saudi Arabia.

    In his more than eight years at BMD, his clients have included MoMA, The Seattle Public Library, and The Art Gallery of Ontario, MTV, Indigo, and McDonald’s, Li Ning and the Fogo Island Inn in Newfoundland.

    Paddy holds a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Toronto, where he completed a multiple prize-winning thesis. He is an award winning writer and filmmaker and has spoken at several conferences around the world. Harrington is a frequent lecturer at several colleges and universities, including the University of Toronto, Brown University, Harvard University, and the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. He is also a regular contributor to Fast Company. Paddy lives with his wife and three children in Toronto.
